Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, and within 30 days for products covered by a warranty.
Conditions
- The product must be in its original condition with accessories and packaging.
- Photos of the product and its condition on unboxing speed up the review.
Non-returnable cases
- Opened personal-care products (care & perfumes) for hygiene reasons.
- Custom-made products unless defective.
How to request
1. From your account: Orders, pick the order then "Request return".
2. Select the products, the reason, and attach photos.
3. Etsawaa reviews the request, then the seller executes the decision.
Refunds
After approval: the amount is refunded via the original payment method (card/wallet) or a documented manual transfer for cash-on-delivery orders. Return costs are charged to the party at fault per the review team decision.
