Using the platform
By using Etsawaa you agree to these terms. The platform is an intermediary between seller and buyer: stores are responsible for their products and content, and Etsawaa is responsible for facilitating the order, payment, delivery, and dispute resolution.
Accounts
- Registration data must be accurate and current.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- The platform may suspend any account that violates these terms.
Orders & prices
- Prices are in EGP and include only what is explicitly stated.
- An order is confirmed after payment is completed or cash on delivery is chosen per the published rules.
- Orders may be cancelled when stock runs out, with immediate notice and a full refund of anything paid.
Intellectual property
The Etsawaa logo and platform content belong to Etsawaa; product images and content belong to their stores.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated; continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
